Knock down and remove all unwanted concrete walls
and partitions inside the building based on the given
highlighted plan during the walk-through onsite.
This also includes proper disposal of concrete debris upon
completion of the job.
NOTE:
It excludes the demolition of the existing retaining walls
for the widening of the driveway and the walls along
staircase from Lower Ground Floor 1 that leads to Lower
Ground Floor 2

CHB Laying including plastering on both faces.
Installation of stiffener columns and lintel beams
as per plan and when necessary.
AAC Lightweight Block installation including stiffeners
and lintel beams.
Corner edging and retouching also applies to this
specific scope of work.

E Scaffolding Works 1.00 LS 8,000.00 8,000.00

The abovementioned Proposed Scope of Works shall be


completed following the revised drawing given and
highlighted by the Gen-Con. Scope of works that were
not initially highlighted or emphasized to us by the
Gen-Con shall be considered Extra Work with
corresponding additional cost.
