The original
Hawaii show
had begun a day
after production
on Season 7 had
wrapped.
In the original
show, some of
the songs from
the actual
"Barney's Beach
Party" video and
Barney, BJ and Baby Bop in Hawaii
from other tours
and albums
were reused and Dean Wendt dubbed over the original vocals.
Different version of this show can still be heard from other
Barney appearances. (mostly in the United Kingdom, South
Africa, Middle East and Malaysia)

A modified version of this show was performed at City Square
Mall, from June 4 - 19, 2016. the show was produced by Smile
FANDOM
Live Entertainment. Ella, a human character, has been added to
the show.
In the solo version, after "I Love You," lines from "Celebrate with
Barney" can be heard.
In the versions in Butlins and the one with just Barney, some
FAN audio is taken from the actual "Barney's Beach Party" video (i.e.
CENTRAL

Duncan Brannan, Tim Dever, and Dean Wendt's voices are all used
at certain parts of the shows).
On some of the early mall tours, Barney would make his entrance
GAMES while holding a towel. Similar to his entrance on the home video.

Dean Wendt's portrayal of Barney initially appeared on stage (and
among the earliest performances) in the original Hawaii tour.
In the original Hawaii tour, David Joyner, Jeff Ayers and Kyle
MOVIES
Nelson was there performing as Barney, Baby Bop and BJ.
The original Hawaii show also featured a special sing along stage
activity of I Love You, led by Cheryl Toma Sanders and featured
TV
winners from the local television station's Barney Song Contest.
Ariel Sanders, who would later play Tori in the TV series' 11th
season was among one of the kids that appeared during the
VIDEO
event.
