Elevator air conditionor –SD-5000-1L

Safety attention:
Improper installations shall cause some elevator accidents, since the air-conditioners are referred to as dedicated
equipment. Such elevator air-conditioners should be installed by elevator or registration professional installation
and maintenance staff. Our company are irresponsible for any losses caused by improper installations by users
themselves.
At the same time pay attention to the followings:
1. The air-conditioner andused power cords must be based on reliable grounding;
2. Before the end of the installation process, do not plug in.
3. Air-conditioners must be placedin level at top of the lift car ;
4. Please note that our air-conditioner machineon any situation shall not be tilted or inverted, otherwise the
air-conditionerwill be damaged.
5. The installation process: installers can use elevator accompanying cables or other cables, and there must be a
power switch to ensure its safety.
6. If another cable is needed, installers need to guarantee the quality of the added cable and bound it on the
accompanying cableby requirement;
Three: there are several fixation ways: (in accordance with the requirements of field, choose the appropriate
installation way; for reference only)
1: If there is a beamand the beam is wide, the air-conditioner can be fixeddirectly on the beam , as follows:

1: As shown in picture, air conditioning engine is firstly fixed on the beam at top of the lift car;2: Move away the
original fan at the outlet;
3: The air conditioning display panel through the fan outlet,is sent to the lift car;3: Any areasnear the fan outlet that
cold windmay blow into shall be pasted and sealed with insulating cotton.
3: Put the flat-nose funnel into the original fan outlet, and use an insulating pipe to connect air conditioning wind
outlet and flat-nose funnel;( before inserting the flat-nose funnel, please pay attention to Threeand paste
insulation cotton onto the stainless steel surface that cool air blows over, in order to prevent condensation and
the caused water dripping.) (Cool air comes out to the wide gaps, directly into life care, trying not to blow to
the stainless steel plate.)If the size of the wind outlet is too small, cutting machine should be used for expanding
the outlet.After the completion, glutinous cotton is used to fill the gaps between the funnel and wind outlet.
4. For the return air duct, it depends on specific circumstance or requirement. If return air duct is installed, air
circulates well for refrigeration in the cabinet, which enhances the cooling effect;If it is a sightseeing elevator, the
shaftway is hot, so return air duct is surely needed; In the case of installingthe return air duct, if there is a second
fan outlet, the second fan outlet can be used as the return air mouth. Otherwise, the installer needs to cut the car
roof for a hole in a diameter of 10 cm, and makes it covered with a return air duct, which finally can be fastened by
AB glueor screws.

一：开关机键：此键按了可以开关机，注意压缩机保护启动间隔时间 3 分钟，关机后如果像再启动压缩机必须间
隔三分钟，耐心等待压缩机启动
二：模式选择键：只有制冷，制热，送风 3 种模式，其它模式均不做反应
三：循环定时功能：1 首先设定本机时间：用尖状物体捅进按“CLOCK”小孔，
“CLOCK”开始闪烁
此时就可以按“HR” “MIN”设定本机的小时，分钟；
2 设定开机时间；按定时开机按钮
此时就可以按“HR” “MIN”设定开机的小时，分钟；
3 设定关机时间：按定时关机按钮
此时就可以按“HR” “MIN”设定关机的小时，分钟；
注意：断电上电或关机重新启动后，必须耐心等待 3 分钟才重新启动
1. Switch: this button is for on/off operation. Please be aware that the compressor protective starting timelasts for
3 minutes. Any one that wants to restart the compressor after shutdown must wait three minutesbefore
another start. Please wait patiently for the start of compressor.
2. Mode selection button: only refrigeration, heating and air supply models. Other modes can not work.
3. Cycle timing function:
1 first set the machine time: a certain pointed object can be used into the "CLOCK" hole and then "CLOCK" starts
flashing.At this point, you can press the "HR" and "MIN" to set the hours and minutes of this machine;
2 set on-time:press the timed start button At this point, you can press the "HR" and "MIN" to set up hoursand
minutes for starting;
3 set off-time: press timed shutdown button
At this point, you can press the "HR" and "MIN" to set the hours and minutes for shutoff.
Attention: Please wait patiently for three minutes for a restart, after power cut or shutdown.
五：温度显示板须知：
Guidelines for temperature display panel
绿灯常亮：表明压缩机工作，处于制冷状态
绿灯闪烁：表明压缩机停止，温度达到或压缩机保护状态等待间隔 3 分钟
红灯常亮：表明压缩机工作，处于制热状态
红灯闪烁：表明压缩机停止，温度达到或压缩机保护状态等待间隔 3 分钟
Green light normally on: this indicates that the compressor works, in a state of refrigeration.
Green light flashing: this indicates that the compressor stops.The temperature is adequate or compressor’s
protective status requires for waiting 3 minutes.
Red light normally on: this indicates that the compressor works, in a state of heating.
Red light flashing: this indicates that the compressor stops. The temperature is adequate or compressor’s protective
status requires for waiting 3 minutes.
