Verification in respect of Combined Graduate Level Examination 2021 to be held from 14.01.2023 to 31.01.2023
Dear candidate:
The process of document verification of the candidates qualifying for the same will be held in the Staff Selection
Commission from 14.01.2023 to 31.01.2023
2. On the basis of the results of written examination Tier III of Combined Graduate Level Examination 2021 declared
by the Commission on 20.12.2022, you are now being called for the document verification on provisional basis in the
Staff Selection Commission (NR), Block No.12, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110003 on the date and
time as given below:

2. Please go through the Notice of the Examination once again thoroughly, and ensure for yourself that
you are eligible for the examination in all respects including age, educational qualification with reference to
the cut off date(s) specified in the notice for various criteria.

3. Please note that you should bring this call letter downloaded from the website of SSC (NR). Along with the
call letter, you should also possess at least Two latest photo-bearing identification proof such as Driving Licence,
Voter card, Aadhar Card, Income Tax Pan Card, and any other Identity Card issued by Government Depts
/organizations / University / College in original along with its self attested copy. The Identity Card issued by
College/University should be current. Two recent passport-size photographs are to be brought for use at the
document verification.
4. You should also bring the following documents (in original) for verification, and also their self attested
photocopies for submission to the Commission on that day in the following order:
1. Matriculation Certificate and mark sheet for Date of Birth (DOB will be reckoned only with this certificate)
2. Senior Secondary Diploma/Certificate and mark sheet.
3. Mark sheets and Graduation certificates issued by the competent Institution/ unvivecity) (Date of declaration
of results of the qualifying examination should be before the cutoff date; otherwise, the certificates will not be
accepted as valid proof of possessing the requisite EQ).
4. Community Certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS), in the format prescribed in the Notice, issued by the competent
authority. EWS Certificate should be based on the income of Financial Year 2020-21 and valid the year for 2021-
22. It should be in confirmity with Annexure -XII of the Notice. Similarly, OBC Certificate issued between
01.04.2019 to 23.01.2022 would be considered for the claim and it should be in strict confirmity with Annexure-XI
of the notice for the examination.
5. Certificates in the format prescribed in the Notice regarding category of Person with Disability (PWD).
6. Certificates in the format prescribed in the Notice viz., Discharge Certificate, Service Certificate, etc in support
of your claim as Ex-Serviceman.
7. Certificates in the format prescribed in the Notice for seeking age relaxation as a Central Govt Civilian
employee.
8. “Option Form/ Preferences Form” duly filled and Inked Signed indicating preferences for various posts
should be brought for Document Verification. Due care may be taken to ensure that the option filled is in
accordance with your qualification/age limit.
9. “Candidates Details Form” duly filled and inked signed should be brought while appearing for DV.
10. The use of black ball point pen/ Gel pen is strictly prohibited during Document Verification.
5. Please note that candidates not possessing valid photo ID and other proof as stated in Para 3 of this letter,
will not be admitted to Document Verification.
6. Candidates are directed to follow the Covid-19 norms and requested to bring their own sanitizer & masks.
7. Candidate may also use hand gloves at their own discretion. Though the facility for hand sanitizer will be
available at entry gate and also inside DV hall. All the candidates are advised to bring their own sanitizer masks etc.
Candidate suffering from fever, cough etc are allowed only on production of medical certificate confirming that they
are not suffering from Covid-19.
8. Duly filled Covid-19 declaration is mandatory for appearing in DV of CGLE-2021.
8. After completion of data verification, you will be given the results (clear/rejection/provisional/withheld) of
online data verification.
