which they can easily send SMS to their target audience and manage their campaigns on their
own. With the help of Campaign Management Tool, you can send SMS to
customers/employees/clients/vendors as required from time to time.
Following are the major features of Campaign Management Tool:
1. Message Log
Message Log will help you to check status of SMS campaign in which you will get to
know about total messages, messages sent successfully, messages which are in que
and messages failed. You will be having up to date information about SMS campaigns
through this log.
2. Contacts Management
You can easily Add New Contacts, Delete Existing Contacts or Import Contacts in this
Campaign Management Tool. Furthermore, search feature will also be enabled in this
contact management service.
3. SMS Quota Status
You will get to know about current SMS quota allocated to you. As you will run SMS
campaigns, it will show you the updated SMS quota including Total SMS, Remaining
SMS & Sent SMS.
4. Group Management
You can manage groups as per your requirement with the help of this feature. Groups
can be added, contacts in groups can be deleted if required.
5. Search Management
Search facility is available in Campaign Management Tool for each of the main panels
like you can search groups, search contacts by name or by date as well.

5. Masking Letter on Customer’s Letter Head will be required for Masking.
