Dear sir
This has reference to your subsequent discussions and negotiations held on the subject. We are
here by issue work order for construction of Miscellaneous Civil Works in our aforesaid project
as per the following scope terms and conditions.
SCOPE OF WORK: Rates for Miscellaneous works with Shuttering Materials:-

Return / Retaining Wall including form work, shuttering
04 scaffolding staging, Concrete pouring etc. Complete with all Cum 1500
aspects as per relevant clause 1500,1700 and 2100 of technical
specifications.
05 Laying of Reinforced cement concrete of any grade in CRASH Rmt 1200
BARRIER including form work, shuttering scaffolding, Steel,
Concrete pouring etc. Complete with all aspects as per relevant
clause 1500,1700 and 2100 of technical specifications.
Labour Charges for cutting and placing of HYSD bar
(STEEL)reinforcement Complete as per drawing Bar Bending
06 Schedule and technical specification in section 1600 Including MT 6000
biding wire loading and unloading of steel from stock yard to
construction site (TMT bars of grade 500)
07 Fixing of weep hole pipe without Nos 45
Laying and Casting of Lined drain consisting of levelling course,
Raft, Wall and Cover Slab, including all shuttering material
08 dressing, shuttering, De-shuttering, curing Complete with all Cum 1100
aspects as per relevant clause 1500,1700 and 2100 of technical
specifications.
Labour charges for laying of Plain cement Concrete as levelling
course, Head Wall Raft, Encasement, Encasing Slab, including
09 dressing, formwork, shuttering, concreting etc. Complete with Cum 1250
all aspects as per relevant clause 1500,1700 and 2100 of
technical specifications.
Labour Charges for Laying Reinforcement Cement Concrete Pipe
NP-4 / Prestressed Concrete Pipe for culverts on first class
bedding of granular material in single row including fixing of
collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation
protection works, backfilling, concrete & masonry works in head
walls & Parapets.

Laying of Plain / Reinforced cement concrete of any grade in
Curtain / Tow Wall construction including form work,

aspects as per relevant clause 1500,1700 and 2100 of technical
specifications.
Terms and conditions:
I) SRK Scope:
1. Required material and machinery shall be provided by the Company.
III) Payment Conditions:
1. Payment cycle will be month and will be released within 15 days from the date
certification of the invoice by the Project Manager at site.
2. The above price is exclusive of GST and the sub-contractor must furnish the GST
particulars and GST for the next invoice certificate require and giving input of
carrying invoice only.
3. An amount equal to 5% shall be retained from the running bills towards security
and to be refunded to the Sub-Contractor after completion of work and
finalisation of account.
IV) OTHER Terms & Conditions
1. Mobilization Period will be one week from the date of issue of this work order.
2. You shall depute adequate experienced skilled and unskilled workman to carry
out the works to meet quality standards and time targets. You shall be totally
responsible for entire safety of your workmen, laborer’s, supervisors. You will
be completely responsible for complying with all statutory provisions and
obligations of various acts, laws, rules and regulations, policies etc. including but
not limited to the Contract Labor Act against risk & cost, Labor Insurance
Policies, Workmen’s Compensation Liability under the Workmen Compensation
Act and all amendments thereto ESIS/Acts, PF Act, rules, regulations, etc. will be
complied and followed completely by yourselves and shall be to your account
3. SRK reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of failure by the Sub-
Contractor i.e delay in delivering the targets, workmanship etc., without
assigning any reasons.
4. Transportation of material shall be in scope of Subcontractor itself.
5. Idle of labor due to any reason shall be not payable.
