A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY SK CHAIRPERSON, HON.


MARK LESTER M. ENRIQUEZ APPLY FOR TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
(TIN) AT THE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE DISTRICT NO. 020 IN THE
NAME OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN.
WHEREAS, RA 10742 otherwise known as “The Sangguniang Kabataan Reform
Act” provides for the financial independency of the Barangay SK Fund.
WHEREAS, there is a need for the Barangay SK to have their own bank account
separate from the account of the barangay.
WHEREAS , the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bagumbayan,
Orion, Bataan requires to have Tax Identification Number (TIN) in the name of
BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN-SK as a pre-requisite in opening a bank account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to
authorize the application for the Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the
Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bagumbayan, Orion, Bataan at the Bureau
of Internal Revenue District No. 020.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED to authorize HON. MARK LESTER M.
ENRIQUEZ SK Chairman of Barangay Bagumbayan to apply for a Tax Identification
Number for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Revenue District No. 020, Balanga City,
under the name BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN-SK.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish offices/agencies concern copy of this
resolution for their knowledge and information. On motion of Barangay Kagawad
Arnold F. Estrella, duly seconded, the foregoing resolution was unanimously approved
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
