In pursuance of the decision of the BoD HESCO made in its 228 th meeting held
on 21.03.2023 conveyed by Company Secretary vide Extract of the Draft Minutes of meeting
No. HESCO/BoD/CS/Notifications/Vol-III/148/1262-65 dated 03.04.2023, the original
organogram of Finance Director HESCO approved by erstwhile PEPCO stands restored for
all intents and purpose forthwith.

This is issued with the approval of CEO HESCO.
