1.

Ip Addresses
Pabx Ip: 192.152.97.241 (Example only)
Lte Ip: 192.152.97.251 (Example only)
Mikrotik Ip: 192.152.97.254 (Example only)

2.To Default the unit to Factory Setting


Power up the system and a few minutes
While power on hold paperclip in reset hole until led 1-4 flashes. System will restart,
this can take a few Minutes

3.Login to Pabx default IP


Plug network cable into LAN port of Yeastar and into Local network port
Set local ip address to 192.168.5.50
Set Subnet mask to 255.255.255.0
Set default gateway to 192.168.5.150
Open browser and navigate to 192.168.5.150
When logon screen appears enter admin for username and password for password
and login
Accept the Data Processing Agreement and click confirm
Click on Skip this, i am familiar with Yeastar PBX on the Configuration Wizard

4.Set Web Access Control


Click Settings->Security->Service
Click Allow Weak Password Tickbox and click Yes
Change Web Access Control to No Limitations
Change Sip UDP port to 35060
Click Save

5.Set Network Addresses


Click Settings->Network
Change Host name to Clients Name (No spaces)
Change Mode to Dual
Change Default Interface to WAN

6.Lan Side
Change Lan Side to Static IP Address
Enter Ip Address: 172.152.97.241 (Example only)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 172.152.97.254
Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8

7.Wan Side
Change Wan Side to Static IP Address
Enter Ip Address: 192.152.97.241 (Example only)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.152.97.254
Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8

Click Save
Click Yes for System Reboot

8.Login to Pabx Wan IP


Plug network cable into WAN port of Yeastar and into Local network port
Set local ip address to 192.152.97.50 (Example)
Set Subnet mask to 255.255.255.0
Set default gateway to 192.152.97.254
Open browser and navigate to 192.152.97.241 (Example only)
When logon screen appears enter admin for username and password for password
and login

9.Change Default Password


Click on top Right corner on the user icon
Click My Settings
Enter password on old password Field
Enter $@m5ung67O5 on new password Field
Enter $@m5ung67O5 on Retype password Field
Enter [email protected] on Email Address Field
Click Save
Login with new password

10.DHCP Server
Click Settings->Security->Services
Click Enable DHCP Server
Change Gateway: 172.152.97.241 (Example only)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8
DHCP Address Range: 172.152.97.100 - 172.152.97.200
Tftp Server: tftp://172.152.97.241
NTP Server: 196.4.160.4
Click Save
Click Yes for Reboot

11.Configure FireWall
Click Settings->Security
Under Firewall Rules
Click Add
Name:Lan
Protocol:Both
Source Ip address: 172.152.97.0/255.255.255.0
Port:0-65000
Click Save

Click Add
Name:Wan
Protocol:Both
Source Ip address: 192.152.97.0/255.255.255.0
Port:0-65000
Click Save

12.Updating Firmware
Click Maintenance->Upgrade->Check for new firmware
Follow prompt
13.Configuring Extensions
Click Setting->General
Scroll to Extension Preferences
Change User Extensions to range 200-299 (Example only)
Click Save
Click Setting-Extensions
Select all Extension and click on delete and Yes
Click Orange Apply Button top of screen
Click Add
If Ip Phone click on SIP tickbox
If Analogue phone click on FXS and select port
Change Ext number,callerId,Registration name to 200 (Example)
Change Registration password:@3ecur1tY
Click Call Permissions and all Route Out to Selected
Click Save and Apply top of screen
Continue this for all other extensions

14.Auto Provisioning
Click Top Left Box
Click Auto Provisioning
Click Scan
Select Ip phone and click Edit
Make sure Model name is the same as phone being registered
Click Tickbox on line 1 and Select extension to assign to phone
Click Save
Click Reboot Phone Now
Repeat for addition Ip Phones

15.Configure Trunks
Click Settings->Trunks
Click Add
Name:Wanatel
Hostname:196.6.122.80
Domain:196.6.122.80
Username:158963524 (Example only)
Authentication name:158963524 (Example only)
Caller Id Number:0440503369 (Example only)
Click Enable Outbound Proxy
Outbound Proxy Server:196.6.122.80
Password:0440503369 (Example only)
Click Codec and move G729A top top of list
Click Save and Apply

16.Check if Ip Phones/Trunk are Registered


Click Top Left Box
Click PBX Monitor
Under Ext you will see a green handset icon and ip address if phone is online
Under Trunks->Trunk status if will show a Green Check if trunk is registered
17.Call Control Settings
Settings->Call Control

Click Inbound Route and edit Routein Trunk


Did Pattern:0440503369 (Example only)
Member Trunks:Move From Available Wanatel to Selected
Select Destination:Extension->200 (Example only)
Click Save and Apply

Click Outbound Route and edit Routeout


Member Trunks->Move Wanatel from Available to Selected
Member Extensions->Move all Available ext to Selected
Click save and Apply
