V. Rationale:
Election day is one of the most important events in one’s life. It
is the day when an ordinary individual exercise his/her power to
choose the best candidate to lead the country for the next three years
for the local officials or six years for the national officials. Public
Schools are used as Polling Precinct.
The aftermath of the Election to the surrounding is of deeply
concerning. Campaign paraphernalia cluttered everywhere and most
of it were papers and plastics. Through a clean-up drive, it would
definitely help

VI. Objectives
This activity aims to:
1. Help the school and community in cleaning the surroundings
free from garbage
2. Wide information campaign on the importance of a clean
environment.
3. Create a long-term partnership of School, community and
Scouting for the environment.
4. Introduce the Scouts to Social Responsibility and
Accountability
