“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT


PROGRAM (ABYIP) FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2023”

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10742 known as the “Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of
2015”, provides the allocation of 10% Sannguiang Kabataan (SK) Fund which shall be used for
the youth development programs, projects and activities;

WHEREAS, Barangay Youth Investment (ABYIP) is an investment program, the Annual


document based on the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP);

WHEREAS, the body deemed it necessary to approve the Annual Barangay Youth Investment
Program (ABYIP) for Calendar Year 2023;

WHEREAS, in view of the foregoing considerations, the Sannguiang Kabataan Council, acting
as collegial body, in quorum, RESOLVES, it is hereby RESOLVED to approve the Annual
Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP).

On motion of the members present, the Sangguiang Kabataan Resolution No. 001 – 2023 was
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED on 11th day of April 2023 at Barangay Buntun, Tuguegarao
City.
