2. Conduct RDP test similar to starch as tabulated below. (Nabeel to do ASAP) (Completed) Picrure and

3. RM/PM classification. (Waseem to do). Nabeel, please review below detail and suggest any other
inventory.
4. Call for Epoxy & Hardener Samples from Allied Impex, Treet Corporation and Kemipex. (Mr.
Haris/Nabeel to do) Contacts for vendors sent on Whatsapp group. (Material received)
5. Arrange Spray Plater application Machine. (Mr. Haris to do). Try getting used one from Terraco UAE.
6. Arrange 60cm Scrapper (skim coat trowel). (Waseem to do by 28th. Feb. ‘23)

10. Arrange graded filler samples. (Waseem to do)
11. Manual application of Plaster on MDF. (Nabeel to do by 28th. Feb. ‘23) (As on telephonic
conversation with Mr.Waseem this work was hold).
12. Collecting graded filler from Khaka and other extenders. (Nabeel to do) (Arranged)
13. Compile test results for last week tests. (Nabeel to do) (Hardness test done with hammer and
chisel).
14. Generate BOM for next week sample production ASAP. (Waseem to do)
Method for testing Starch:
Prepare 10% starch solution in water to test consistency (Viscosity) and gel strength.
Procedure:
Take 180 ml water in a beaker. Add 20 gms. Starch sample (pre-wet with Kerosene Oil) and
stir till power is dissolved to Water clear solution. After complete dissolution leave solution
for 10-15 min and note down viscosity and gel strength.
