at 121°C for 20 minutes, with extended life.

Bio-safety

D3024 & D3024R rotors are designed to prevent sample

leakage. Each rotor is hermetically sealed by three rubber
seals.

Mechanical safety

ONiLAB centrifuges have passed the MCA (maximum

credible accident) test according to IEC/EN61010-2-20. The
test confirms that in the event of an accident caused by
partially cutting or overloading rotor assembly, no fragments

contamination. Steam autoclaving can be performed

with chemical, biological or toxic hazard. SafeVac is useful in
safety dependent applications like separation of wash solutions
after centrifugation, microplate waste removal and any other
liquid separation or recovery.

Integrated hydrophobic filter of 0.45µm prevents the back-
flow of liquid into the vacuum pump.
Supplied with both single channel and 8-channel needles to
facilitate even 96 well-plate applications.
Wetted parts like waste collection bottle, tubing and handle
are fully autoclavable.( At 121℃ 1 bar for 20 minutes. After
autoclaving the equipment must be cooled down before use. )
