The attention of all the District Collectors and District Gram Panchayat
Officers in the State are invited to the reference cited.

The Director, GVWV & VSWS Department has informed that certain
associations of Grama, Ward Sachivalaya Employees represented that though
their probation is declared on 30.06.2022 certain Controlling Officers are not
sanctioning their leaves, on the ground that the term “Service Regularization”
is not mentioned in probation declaration orders.

The Director has requested to take appropriate action on crediting of all


types of leaves in the Service Registers of GSWS employees without fail and
sanction leave as per their eligibility and rules in force.

Therefore, the above orders are communicated to all the District


Collectors and District Gram Panchayat Officers in the State for information
and further action.
