Objective
· I am looking to become more knowledgeable in today’s work force. I am currently seeking a job that will
help me improve my current skills while familiarizing me with skills I have not learned yet. I am also
looking for an opportunity for career advancement and growth because most of my work experience has
come from volunteer work with youth kids and while I have been content with that, I am looking for
something more substantial

Skills & Abilities
CHILD CARE SKILLS
· I have worked with children almost every year, for the past 2 ½ years. I have coached youth football dealing with the
ages of five to sixteen and I have worked at a day care center caring for infants and children at the age of eight and
younger. I am very well-liked by children and build trust and relationships with them with ease. I have a lot of patience
in dealing with children and despite being young I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to children.
CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMMUNICATION
· Coaching for youth sports, for every child I work with they have 1-2 guardians that have different demands and
requests. I am very open to the suggestions of my parents and whether I use them or not I have a great sense for people
and I will listen to what they have to say intently. If a parent has a complaint or concern I address the situation politely,
apologize for their dissatisfaction and presume to fix the situation to the best of my capabilities. I am a very
approachable and friendly person that exudes a lot of positive energy. A major team player but can work as a solo part
as well.
LEADERSHIP
· During my years participating in Youth Sports I was always put in positions where I had to lead. Starting with small
things such as leading warmups for the day and growing to running the full on practice sessions. I am very strong-
willed but I also know in some situations I am required to follow and not lead. I pay a lot of attention to detail and I am
very organized
