Sta. Cruz Annex Elementary School is writing this letter in order to request you for providing us
with the safety and security assistance.

Modestly, I would like to inform you that we are going to organize an activity on April 29, 2023
(Saturday) starting at 7:00 in the morning until 4:00 in the afternoon in our school. In the
event, we will be organizing School-based Joint BSP and GSP Investiture. We want to conduct
the event with the safety of the visitors and that would not be possible without your support.

Thank you for your assistance in making our event safe for the residents of Sta. Cruz.
