Structural Design – Ramming posts
V-profile
▪ Ramming profile is not continuous – split between ramming profile and main tube
▪ Allows easy hight adjustment during assembly, e.g.
- For ramming obstacles
- Ramming inaccuracies
- Adaption to the slope

Structural Design – Ramming posts
Sigma profile
▪ Continuous ramming profile
▪ Suitable for even terrain
▪ Allows limited height adjustment during assembly

Structural Design – Integrated cable management concept
Cable channel
▪ C-rails are also used as cable channel
▪ Integrated in the structure, no further components necessary
▪ Rounded edges of the C-rails to protect the cables
Inverter bank
▪ Easy to fit brackets for inverters, directly mounted to frame
▪ Mowing cable protection cover for transition of cables from structure to trench

Structural Design – Module Attachment
Module assembly by self-retaining clamp
▪ 80mm long keyholes allow for easy use of the preassembled module clamps and allow sufficient mounting clearance
▪ Optional: Clamps with earthing solution
Module mounting with top clamp and backstop nut
▪ Tightening from underneath the table or the top side
▪ Enables flexible mounting
▪ Optional: Clamps with earthing solution

Special Foundations – Concrete Foundation
▪ Concrete foundations are suitable for soils with low bearing capacity
▪ Easy assembly
▪ Concrete foundations in different sizes
▪ Very rigid and sturdy
Especially recommendend for:
▪ Aggressive soils, specially designed for use at landfill sites
▪ Soils with low bearing capacity
▪ Soil classes with high rock content

loads
Individual system statics based on regional load values, load assumption according to
▪ DIN EN 1990 (Eurocode 0)
▪ DIN EN 1991 (Eurocode 1)
▪ DIN EN 1993 (Eurocode 3)
▪ DIN EN 1999 (Eurocode 9)
and other or corresponding country-specific standards.
Wind Tunnel Study:
All variants of our mounting systems are subjected to wind tunnel testing. This allows the structural design to be optimized
including profile dimensions, material thickness, frame spans and anchor depths.

Planning
Requirements for the geological survey
The geological survey (customer‘s scope) is the basis for the
calculation of the pile embedment depth and correct selection of
the pile coating for a specific site.
Anchoring depth analysis through
▪ Borehole and test pit excavation
▪ Dynamic cone penetrometer tests
▪ Pull out testing
Optimum pile embedment depths can be determined
Soil resistivity and chemical analysis to determine corrosion risk
Enables the selection of the right coating

Planning – Anchoring plan
▪ Anchoring plan tailored to wind loading and geotechnical survey in 2D/3D
▪ 3D planning enables use of fully automated GPS controlled piling rigs
