Principal Rolando C. Mercado called the meeting to order at 9:00am

2. Roll Call
Principal Rolando C. Mercado did the roll call.

3. Agenda
 The meeting was called for the planning of the new SIP projects that must be
aligned to the needs of the learners.
 Discussed the importance of SIP and how it would help the learners of San
Esteban High School
 Asked the insights of the members of the SIP about the problems and
concerns that need to be addressed in the project.
 The head teacher initiated the formation of the School Planning Team.
 Educated the SPT team about their roles and responsibilities and that they
shall be committed all throughout the planning and implementation of the
project.

 The SIP committee would schedule a meeting for the CI projects that would
be implemented based on issues and concerns that were discussed.
