China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau Corp.,

LTD. (hereinafter CCSEB) is an important key enterprise of

China State Construction Engineering Corp., LTD.

(hereinafter CSCEC），the 13th of the World's Top 500

enterprises (ranked in 2021)

CCSEB was formerly formed by the merger of the Logistics

Department of the 20th Corps of the People's Liberation

Army and the Second Construction Engineering Division of

the People's Liberation Army. Approved by The State Council

in October 1980, it was established as the Sixth

Engineering Bureau of the State Administration of

Construction Engineering. In July 1982, it was renamed

CCSEB, subordinate to CSCEC.In April 1987, it was

registered in Tianjin Administration for Industry and

Commerce.In December 2007, it was restructured and listed

with CSCEC and renamed CCSEB.

With a registered capital of 4.278 billion RMB and

total assets of 64.115 billion RMB, the company has more

than 12,000 employees, including 11 people with doctor's

degree and 526 people with master's degree. 74% of the

employees have bachelor's degree or above.It has more than

3,800 people with middle and senior titles, more than 3,000

registered construction engineers (more than 2,300 first -

class construction engineers), more than 30 registered

designers, and a long -term stable labor force of more than

90,000 people.

As one of the top 100 competitive enterprises in the

construction industry of China and the leading enterprise

in the construction industry of Tianjin, the CCSEB has the

Super qualification of General Contracting of construction

engineering, Super qualification of General Contracting of

Municipal public engineering, Super Qualification of

General Contracting of highway engineering, Class A design

qualification of municipal and highway industry of

construction industry (construction engineering). It can

undertake the general construction contracting, project

contracting and project management of construction,

highway, railway, municipal public, port and navigation,

water conservancy and hydropower projects. It has the first

- class qualification of general contracting of mechanical

and electrical engineering, and the third-class

qualification of general contracting of railway

engineering, water conservancy and hydropower

engineering.It has I qualification of building decoration,

foundation, steel structure, bridge, highway pavement

engineering and other professional contracting and grade

III qualification of tunnel engineering, highway subgrade

engineering,environmental protection engineering and other

professional contracting .

CCSEB mainly operates in three business segments,

namely infrastructure, high-end housing construction and

real estate. It is a large construction comprehensive

enterprise group integrating construction of project

investment, design, construction, installation of

mechanical and electrical equipment, decoration and

technical consultation.

In the field of infrastructure investment and

construction, it takes bridge, urban rail transit and

municipal government as the three main lines of

infrastructure business, and deepens vertically to promote

infrastructure business from domestic to international;

infrastructure such as highways, railways, rail transit,

major water conservancy and urban integrated management
