The above rates quoted are excluded of photographer, make-up, hair-do and wedding dress.
Photographer crew is not allowed for more than 5 people.
Confirmation of blocking is based on venue availability.
If there are special events such a movie making, advertisement and competition, it is based
on special deal and agreement in advance.

GENERAL TERM & CONDITIONS:
The above rates quoted are inclusive 21% of government tax and service charge.
The above rates quoted are non-commissionable.
The above packages are valid for All Market
Inclusion for 2-hour chapel use is arranged with 1-hour time allotment at chapel and 1-hour time
allotment for photo taking service around Blue Point (Blue Point Pool side & Garden area).
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:
Any cancellation must be made in written with subject to approval of Blue Point Resort & Spa.
Any cancellation made within 45 (forty five) days prior to wedding or event date, will result in the
forfeiting of deposit payment.
In case of no-show or a cancellation made within 30 (thirty) days prior to wedding or event date, a full
cancellation fee will be applied from the total estimated expenses. The same condition will be applied
for sudden wedding or pre-wedding booking made within a time range less than 30 (thirty) days.

BILLING ARRANGEMENTS & PAYMENT POLICY:
Until a credit facility has been approved and established, all payment has to be settled in advance
prior to wedding or event date.
A 50% deposit must be received by 45 (forty-five) days prior to wedding or event date and the due
balance must be settled by 30 (thirty) days prior to wedding date.
Deposit or full-prepayment is non-refundable.
Payment using Credit Card will be converted into Rupiah (IDR) and is based on valid hotel’s
bookkeeping rate upon payment date.
