Dear Ms. Sartucci:

I have received your Maryland Public Information Act (MPIA) request seeking copies of all records in
our custody and control pertaining to the following:

Expense reports, travel vouchers, credit card receipts, stipends and expense checks for:

Monifa B. McKnight
Sandra L. Napoli
Seth P. Adams
Lynda M. Tanner
Anne C. Sandmeyer
Becky Gibson
Leslie Turner Percival

In addition, you requested a list of any MCPS vehicles assigned to the above individuals with information
as to year, make and model of each vehicle.

Maryland law allows a government unit to recover actual costs incurred to search and prepare records for
inspection for any time beyond the first two hours. We estimate that the fee to complete question one of
your request will be $1,298.00. This is based on 10 hours by an acting accounts payable supervisor in the
Division of Controller at an hourly rate of $60.22; 10 hours by an accounts payable team leader in the
Division of Controller at an hourly rate of $30.99, and 10 hours by an administrative secretary in the
Division of Controller at an hourly rate of $38.59.

We will proceed with fulfilling your request when we receive payment from you in the amount of $1,298.00.
Please send a check made payable to Montgomery County Public Schools to the Department of Public
Information and Web Services, 850 Hungerford Drive, Room 137, Rockville, Maryland, 20850. If, during
the process of fulfilling your request, it becomes apparent that it will take longer, we will stop our work and
notify you of any additional costs. Conversely, if filling the request takes less time than estimated, the
difference will be refunded to you.

Additionally, we want to inform you that it will take longer than 30 days to fulfill this request. I am
requesting an extension due to the amount of time required to gather responsive documents and prepare
them for disclosure. Upon your consent, we anticipate that, with the extended deadline, a response will
be provided to you no later than June 23, 2023. I look forward to providing a response to this request.
