Vice President – Enterprise Sales - Location, Gurgaon

in enterprise accounts. He/she should also be a self- starter who is prepared to develop and execute
against account coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:

● 12 to 25 years of relevant experience in enterprises sales (B2B)/alliances and partnerships


preferably from Internet or Technology driven company.
● Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience is highly preferred.
● MBA from top tier B-School is must
● Experience in Insurance, Banks, NBFC’s, Fintech, Automobile OEM’s, Ride Sharing & Radio
Cabs preferred
● Strong in execution and taking initiatives with proven track record to build and scale, team and
organization.
● Can handle end to end functioning of department at a large scale.
● Strategic thinker who can handle end to end functioning of department on a large scale according
to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving overall revenue and organizational growth.
● Highly analytical with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
● Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse external & internal stakeholders.
● Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment by having superior prioritization and time
management skills.
● Excellent grip on numbers and goals.
● Attention to detail and desire to make an impact.
● Excellent People Management and Communication Skills.
● This role involves working directly with the leadership team.

An Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills:

1. Drive vision & strategy for Droom Enterprise effectiveness operations by aligning,
communicating, and innovating.
2. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement – possibly more
important than the first item on this list.
3. Experience in negotiating business terms and conditions while working with corporate counsels
to close partnerships or strategic alliances agreements.
4. Creating and implementing monthly marketing plan for alliances and managing a strong
relationship with clients with effective ROI.
5. Prospecting, identifying, targeting, strategizing and implementing partnerships and key alliances
with various companies/brands/events for user-acquisition/brand visibility/revenue generation.
6. Manage the use of budgets
7. Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
8. Define processes that drive desired outcomes and identify improvements where and when
required
9. Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the enterprise sales function
10. Compile information and data related to an enterprise customers and prospect interactions
11. The ability to create thoughtful and compelling business cases highlighting revenue growth
opportunities with demonstrated ability to build significant revenue stream through strategic
alliance partners.
12. Ability to effectively manage pipeline growth, working with sales and implementation teams
through multi-tier sales engagements.
13. Excellent presentation skills, with proven ability at effectively making formal and informal
presentations to all levels of management.
14. Develops strategic priorities & potential engagement impacts & drives to results through
consulting & coaching
15. Enables reinforcement mechanisms (metrics, tracking & lessons learned) for continuous
improvement
