Sub: Publication of provisional Eligible/In-eligible list of candidates in connection with

selection for filling up of posts of Jr.Stenographers (English) in PLPM-4 against
25. General selection in WAT Division -Readiness notice for written tes
REF: This Office Notification No: WPV/PB/172/Jr.Steno/25% Genl Sel/20o22,
Dt:07.03.2022.

Vide this office notification, options were invited from the willing and eligible staff of
ll departments whose lien is maintained in Waltair division to fill up the 03 (UR) posts of
Jr.Stenographer (English) in PLPM-4 of 7th CPC against 25% Gen. Selection quota. In response
to the above, 67 applications were received within the target date. After scrutiny, 63
applications are found to be eligible and 04 applications found to be in-eligible with reasons
against each candidate.

A provisional list Eligible & In-eligible candidates is enclosed herewith as Annexure"A'

for wide circulation amongst the staff concerned. The OMR based written examination will be
held shortly for which the exact date, time and venue of the wriften fest will be infimated in

It is to be noted that the candidature of the candidates is accepted provisionally. If

any candidate is subsequently found ineligible at any stage of the selection, his/her
candidature will be rejected without any further notice.

All the concerned Branch officers are requested to furnish the APARs of all the
eligible candidates to cadre section of this office for the last three years i.e., 2018-19, 2019-
20 & 2020-21 to avoid delay in processing of selection.
