To Whom It May Concern,

On July 11, 2022, Bb. Pedro sa Baculio 2022 coronation night will be held as part of the

Charter Day Celebration in Barangay Pedro sa Baculio- Bolobolo. Prior to this, the SK

Council of Barangay PSB-Bolobolo would like to request the General Services Office

(GSO) for a Breaker with 100 amps. Please see the attached photo of the event's

ground layout.

In addition, we would also like to request 5 stand fans and 2 industrial fans in line

for the aforesaid celebration. We promise we will take care of it and it will be used only

on the said event.
