Contract

1.1 Declaration of consensus

Both parties, Mistress and sub, acknowledge to have read, understood and agreed on
the document.

1.2 Declaration of lucidity

Both parties state explicitly to enter this agreement fully lucid and aware of their
actions and consequences.

1.3 Declaration of free will

Both parties state explicitly to enter this agreement of their own free will.
This agreement is being entered voluntarily, but cannot be broken except under the
conditions stated herein, after which certain precautions shall be taken to protect those
involved.

1.4. The sub role

The sub will obey the Mistress at all times and will wholeheartedly seek the Mistress's
comfort, pleasure and well-being, above all other considerations the sub may have.
The sub agrees that she shall derive its own pleasures from accepting its part in the
contract and that the sub will gladly accept the pleasures the Mistress provide. The
slave further agrees to confess the sub's desires for the Mistress's consideration.
Failing to do so, the Mistress take no responsibility in the consequences of the sub's
failure to disclose desires, even if the sub is unable to communicate the its desires.
The sub will seek to learn how to please the Mistress better, and will gracefully accept
any criticism in whatever form the Mistress chooses. The sub will answer truthfully and
completely, to the best of the sub's knowledge, any and all questions the Mistress may
ask of the sub. 
The sub unconditionally accepts, as the Mistress's right, anything the Mistress may
choose to do with the sub, whether as punishment, or for whatever purpose the
Mistress desire, no matter how painful, unpleasant, or uncomfortable to the sub.

1.3. Sub's obligations

1. Sub agrees to maintain body by regular bathing and all other routine body care (e.g.
brushing teeth, etc.). 
2. Sub agrees to study BDSM on a daily basis, including but not limited to, searching the
internet, reading books, attending BDSM activities.
3. Sub shall daily communicate freely her thoughts, concerns, what was learned and
possible new interests to explore. 
4. Sub agrees to accept any mark that Dom desires, anywhere on their body, indicating
ownership by Dom. 
5. Sub shall bring and show honor and respect to Dom at all times. 
6. Sub agrees to never remove ownership collar at any time. (When it will be the case)
7. Sub shall sit at the right foot of the Dom, whenever Dom is sitting, whenever and
wherever feasible, if Dom requests. If not, right next to her.
8. Sub shall make themselves available for use by Dom in anyway Dom desires at
anytime Dom desires whenever feasible, within the terms of this contract. *1
9. Sub shall not have any sexual contact at any time without permission from Dom. 
10. Sub shall not orgasm without permission from Dom. 
11. Sub shall not invoke the safe word unless absolutely necessary. 
12. Sub agrees to allow Dom to scene with others as long as the sub will be
comfortable with this.
13. Sub agrees to service in anyway, within the terms of this contract, anybody Dom
desires. Dom will be present at all times during these activities to make sure that sub is
safe. 
14. Should Dom and sub find a mutually agreeable partner(s) who fits into the family
dynamics well, sub agrees to accept said partner(s) into the family. Dom, sub and
potential new partner(s) will sit down together to draft a mutually acceptable contract
between all parties involved. The new contract may or may not replace this contract. 
15. Sub shall count each stroke when being punished. 

2.0. The sub's Veto

The sub, where appropriate, holds veto power over any command given by the Mistress,
at which time they may rightfully refuse to obey that command. This power may only be
invoked under the following circumstances, or where agreed by both Mistress and sub:
           ¿Where said command conflicts with any existing laws and may lead to fines,
arrest, or prosecution of either party.
           ¿Where said command may cause permanent bodily harm to the sub or to some
other person.
           ¿Where said command conflicts with the fetishes, kinks, rules and habits that
both parties stated they are not willing to try/do in the contract.

2.1. The safeword and gesture

Both parties, Mistress and sub, declare having agreed on a safeword and -gesture.
The safeword and/or -gesture can be used by any of both parties to temporarily
postpone this agreement. The Mistress determine when the agreement comes back
into effect.
The sub accepts the responsibility of using this safeword (banana) and/or -gesture
when necessary, and trusts implicitly in the Mistress to respect the use of that
safeword and/or -gesture. If a condition arises in which the slave needs to use the
safeword or -gesture, the Mistress will assess the situation, and determine an
appropriate course of action.

3.0 The Mistress Role 

The Mistress accept the responsibility of the sub's mind, body and worldly possessions,
to do with as They see fit, under the provisions determined in this contract. The
Mistress agree to care for the sub, to arrange for the safety and well-being of the sub,
as long as They shall own the sub.

3.1. Dom's obligations

1. Dom shall be responsible for keeping sub safe at all times. 
2. Dom will do everything within His power to train, educate, instruct, shape and mold
sub into best sub possible. 
3. Dom shall respect and honor the invocation of the safe word (banana) by sub. 
4. Dom will stretch sub's limits to help sub grow in the life and position. 
5. Dom will respect all hard limits of sub (caning, whipping, bets, breath play and anal)
6. Dom agrees to work with sub on any new interests that sub discovers. 
7. Dom shall inform sub the reason for any punishment. Periodically during the
punishment Dom will remind sub the reason for the punishment although that can
come from the sub in the form of "Why are you being punished?" with an appropriate
response from the sub. 
4.0 Punishment
The sub agrees to accept any punishment the Mistress decide to inflict, whether earned
or not.
Two levels of punishment are defined:
Punishment
This is a normal level of punishment bound to the rules mentioned below. This level is
used for training the sub and in cases of moderate misbehavior 
Soft punishments: Writing sentences, cleaning the room, no snacks, no games or other
entertainment, sleeping early.
Hard punishments: Silent treatment for many hours or even days, orgasm denial,
cleaning completely all the room, no masturbating for a period of time, edging or no
calls
The period will be set by the mistress explaining clearly the reason and the sub can't
argue back or negotiate anything.

Extreme punishment
This level of punishment can only be applied in cases explicitly described in
documents. The rules of punishment do not apply for extreme punishments and
permanent bodily harm could be the result of it without the sub having the right to ask
for an ending of this contract.

4.1 Rules of Punishment

Punishment of the sub is subject to certain rules designed to protect the sub from
intentional abuse or permanent bodily harm. Punishment must not incur permanent
bodily harm, or the following forms of abuse:
¿Blood may not be drawn intentionally at any time. Punishment must stop immediately
if blood is drawn.
¿Burning the body
¿ Drastic loss of circulation
¿Causing internal bleeding
¿Loss of consciousness
¿Withholding of any necessary materials, such as food, water, or sunlight for extended
periods of time.

4.2 Permanent Bodily Harm

Since the body of the sub now belongs to the Mistress, it is the Mistress's responsibility
to protect that body from permanent bodily harm. Should the sub ever intentionally
come to permanent bodily harm during the course of punishment, it will be grounds for
immediate termination of this contract, should the sub so desire. Permanent bodily
harm shall be determined as:
¿Death
¿Any damage that involves permanent loss of mobility or function.
¿Any permanent marks on the skin, including scars, burns, or tattoos, (unless accepted
by the slave).
¿Any diseases that could result in any of the above results, including sexually
transmitted diseases.

5.0. Rewards:
Cumming permission, date nights, extra cuddles, the generosity and even the presence
of the dom is a reward for the sub. Any deserved rewards that the sub request must be
accepted by the dom.

6.0 Contact with other people

The sub may not seek any other Mistress or lover or relate to others in any sexual,
submissive or affectionate way without the Mistress's permission. To do so will be
considered a breach of contract, and will result in extreme punishment.
The Mistress may not seek other slaves/lovers without their sub to be informed about
this thing.

7.0 Activities not mentioned

The sub is forbidden to engage in any activities not actively allowed by the contract, its
addenda or by later edict of the Mistress.
All rights and privileges not otherwise noted in this contract belong to the Mistress, and
They may exercise them as They choose.

8.0 Duration of the Contract

This contract is applicable 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, every week of the year until
death of the sub.
The relation and contract will go through several phases to allow each party to fully
understand what it means. During the trial periods Mistress and sub are fully bound to
all terms of this contract. At the end of each trial period and before the start of the next,
each party involved can decide to end the contract as described in the "Termination of
Contract" clause.
After each trial period a cooling down period of a few day can be agreed upon.
During this cooling down period, the contract is postponed with the same terms as if
the safeword or -gesture had been used. After this contract has been terminated, the
parties can, in mutual agreement, decide to split up or to start a new contract with other
terms.

8.0.1 first trial period

The first trial period starts on March 20th.
It will last for 1 month and so will end on April 20th.
The cooling down period after this trial is agreed to be 2 days
8.0.2 second trial period
The second trial period starts on ___________.
It will last for 3 months and so will end on ___/___/_-_-_-_-_ at noon.
The cooling down period after this trial is agreed to be.

8.0.3 third trial period.
After the second trial period has ended, both parties decide together and in mutual
agreement, whether they want to start a third trial period or whether they let the
contract enter its permanent state.
If a third trial period is chosen for, it will start on ___/___/__
It will last for 6 months and so will end on ____________ at noon.
The cooling down period after this trial is agreed to be days
8.0.4 permanent state of the contract
After the trial periods have ended, the agreement enters its final and permanent
state and can only be ended as mentioned elsewhere in this contract.
This final and permanent state will start on ___________.

8.1 Alteration of Contract

This contract may not be altered. When both parties, Mistress and sub, agree fully
aware and out of their free will to change the contractual terms of their relationship,
they will first terminate this existing contract as described below and afterwards agree
on and sign a new one.

8.2 Termination of Contract

 This contract may be terminated at any time by the Mistress, but never by the sub,
except under special conditions explained within this contract. Upon termination, all
physical evidence, including this contract, will be destroyed, as well as all materials and
belongings.

*1. Exceptions when the sub won't be used to please her mistress: sickness or any
external pain, little/baby space, the right to refuse her mistress for 3 times a month.
