RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REGULATION OF THE USE OF VIDEOKE / KARAOKE AND


OTHER SIMILAR AMPLIFIED AUDIO SOUND DEVICES IN BARANGAY ANGELES, SAN
ANTONIO, ZAMBALES

WHEREAS, the Council on Session assembled has discussed and deliberated on the need to regulate the use of
the mentioned amplified sound devices especially at night;

WHEREAS, the measure shall protect the privacy of the constituents from unnecessary noise and disturbance
so as to give them calm and peace when resting and doing other things both night and day;

WHEREAS, the following schedule shall govern the regulation of videoke / karaoke and other similar
amplified sound devices in the barangay:
Prohibited – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Prohibited – 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Friday & Saturday)

*Activities using mentioned gadgets, machines within prohibited hours must be held inside
sound-proof enclosures or shall turn the volume down so as not to be heard in the neighborhood.

THEREFORE, be it;

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to approve as it is hereby being approved the regulation of the use of
videoke / karaoke and other similar amplified audio sound devices in Barangay Angeles, San Antonio,
Zambales.

RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be furnished to Office of the Sangguniang Bayan
Committee on Peace and Order and MLGOO for their information and guidance.

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY this 25th day of April, 2022 on motion of Mrs. Janet Ducos seconded by Mr.
Mario Aguillon.
