AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS OF


VENDOR
I, RODRIGO O. APALE, of legal age, Filipino, married to Nellie
Mupon and a resident of Binoling, Peñaplata, Island Garden City of
Samal, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to pursuant to law,
depose and say:

1. That I own only an aggregate landholding in the whole


country an area of not more than Five (5) hectares, to include that
area of ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIX (1,906) SQUARE
METERS, which parcel of land I sold to CATHERINE T. CAHUCOM;
2. That I own no other land except this land above-stated;
3. That this affidavit is executed by me in compliance with
DAR Memo No. 1, Series of 1989 as well as other laws and
guidelines for the implementation of the DAR program and to
further state that I only own an area of not more the Five (5) hectares.
IN WITNESS HEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this
in Babak, Island Garden City of Samal, Philippines.
