KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ACHOR YAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, sole owner of QIANYI CLOUDSOFT
PHIL SOFTWARE INSTALLATION SERVICES with business address at 2024 Karuhatan
Road, Gen T, De Leon, Valenzuela City do hereby name, constitute and appoint JOSH
CHRISTIAN RUBIO, of legal age, Filipino citizens and a residents of Dalandanan, Valenzuela
City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to
do and perform the following acts and things to wit:

1. To represent me and in my behalf in the processing of my business registration


in the Bureau of Internal Revenue (RDO 24) and City Government of Valenzuela City;
2. To receive any and all documents related to the application and/or registration
from the concerned government agencies/offices;
3. To pay any and all such expenses that may be necessary to effect the
application and/or registration of the said business;
4. To sign and execute the necessary documents to carry into full effect the power
herein conferred and to do any other related and/or incidental task that may be
needed to fully and effectively carry out the authority herein conferred upon her.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or
proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might
be lawfully required to do under the premises; and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
