Content & Social Media Role - Assignment Brief

1) Background on the Creador Foundation

The Creador Foundation is a registered non-for-profit organization based out of Kuala Lumpur. We
develop and run tech-enabled programmes that are focused on solving deep needs in the community.
These programmes are research-driven solutions contextualized to our target beneficiaries with the
ability to scale and impact millions of lives.

The Creador Foundation believes in empowering local communities by providing them access to the
educational content.

Current Project

Multiply: Financial Literacy for Low- and Middle-Income Adults

Multiply is a free financial education platform for adults, focusing on low and middle income
communities. We draw on the expertise of our colleagues at Creador to deliver practical,
easy-to-follow personal finance content that empowers people to make better financial decisions. We
are currently in the process of launching Multiply India very soon with an aim to empower Indians

2) The Task

To gauge your suitability for this role, we would like you to prepare the following 2-pronged assignment:

Part 1: Social Media Strategy

Given that the majority of Indians are active on Social Media platforms, we wish to build an audience
base from our target groups across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram etc. This way
we wish to create awareness about Multiply and also help our audience get a preview of the content we
have created for them. We also wish to engage with our audience on WhatsApp by delivering content
directly on WhatsApp. The end goal of these engagements is to lead them to our website where they can
have a wholesome learning experience.

Please develop a detailed plan for our social media strategy to be implemented in the next 6 months
across the platforms Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, bearing in mind our objectives:
● To achieve a good reach for Multiply across India, by ensuring it actually reaches and engages
with our target audience, and
● To increase brand awareness and trust in Multiply and Creador Foundation within the impact
space, for ease of partnerships and collaborations with other related organizations.
In your social media plan, please include:
● Relevant examples of content formats (either from other accounts or by creating a simple
mock-up),
● Posting schedule and timeline that incorporates our plans and your suggestions, and
● Milestones and targets for the key metrics to track.

Part 2: Creation of Instagram Post

For Multiply, we have developed write-ups on different financial concepts. These write-ups will also be
broken down into bite-sized information to be posted onto the social media platforms.

Using this write-up as a reference, please design and create Instagram feed posts that summarizes the
key information.

Some final things to keep in mind: There are no right or wrong answers for this assignment brief, so answer the
questions above in the way that makes the most sense to you
