Course Objective:
CO1: To enable the learner to understand the relevance of universal human values.

CO2: To include values in social circles, career path and national life.

CO3: To inculcate and practice universal human values consciously to be a good human being.

CO4: To develop and integrate values in order to realize one’s potentials.

UNIT-I

  Section: I (5 Marks)

1. Describe inter-relatedness of love, compassion and empathy. (CO1-REMEMBER)

2. Describe the importance of self-love. (CO1-REMEMBER)

3. Compare love and compassion for family and that for nation. (CO1-UNDERSTAND)
4. Compassion begins by learning to be gentle, accepting and kind to ourselves. Describe. (CO1-

1. Classify various forms of love with examples. (CO1- ANALYSE)


2. Explain how one can learn the importance of love and compassion from the life and services of
