with your company, but we would like to request the cancellation or termination of our PLDT
Wireless Internet connection with Account No. P2PEL1025 in Ulaliman Barangay Hall, Ulaliman
El Salvador City due to some concerns.

We would like to bring to your kind knowledge that due to the reason that the Council of Barangay
Ulaliman would like to install a new landline connection for faster transactions in the barangay.
Hence, we are requesting the permanent disconnection of the Wireless internet connection service
provided to us effectively at the end of March 2023.
