The system of numbers employed below is compliant with the provisions for the construction of the basic vehicle in
accordance with Part 9 Chapter 9.2 of the European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods
by Road (ADR) as issued and amended in ADR 2013.

Die nachfolgende Nummerierung entspricht den Vorschriften für den Bau des Basisfahrzeug nach Teil 9 Kapitel 9.2. zum
europäischen Übereinkommen über die internationale Beförderung gefährlicher Güter auf der Straße (ADR) in der Fassung
ADR 2013.

9.2.2. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT / ELEKTRISCHE AUSRÜSTUNG

9.2.2.2. Wiring / Leitungen:

All vehicles are compliant with this requirement as standard.

Alle Fahrzeuge erfüllen diesen Punkt serienmäßig.

9.2.2.2.1. Conductors are adequately dimensioned and insulated to avoid overheating. All electrical circuits are
protected by fusible links or, on request, by automatic miniature circuit-breakers. The circuits exempted in the
ADR are designed to be as short as possible.
Um Überhitzungen zu vermeiden, sind die Leiter ausreichend bemessen und isoliert.
Alle Stromkreise sind durch Schmelzsicherungen oder wahlweise durch Sicherungsautomaten abgesichert.
Die im ADR ausgenommenen Stromkreise sind so kurz wie möglich gehalten.

9.2.2.2.2. All electric wiring is routed in such a way as to be protected from mechanical and thermal loads.

9.2.2.3. Battery master switch / Batterietrennschalter:

9.2.2.3.1. A switch (bistable cut-off relay) to de-energise all electrical circuits is located in the battery box and is mounted
as close as possible to the battery. See appendix 6

9.2.2.6.1. Wiring / Leitungen:

The wiring behind the cab is protected against impact, wear and chafing during normal operation of the
vehicle. The wiring runs are protected by seamless polyamide corrugated conduit, and the lengths of ducting
are positively connected by means of Push-on Y-shaped sleeve elements. All connections are of the seal type
and when connected comply with the requirements for IP67 protection.

Die Leitungen hinter dem Fahrerhaus sind gegen Stoß, Abnutzung und Scheuern während des normalen
Betriebs des Fahrzeugs geschützt. Die Kabelstränge sind durch nahtlose Polyamidwellrohre geschützt, die
miteinander kraftschlüssig durch übergeschobene Y-Formteile aus Polyamid verbunden sind. Alle
Steckverbindungen sind in Seal-Technik ausgeführt und erfüllen im verbundenen Zustand die Schutzart IP67.

Rear wall of driver’s cab sheet steel without window. High roofs are permissible and made of hardly flammable
material in accordance with ISO 3795. Forced-ventilation apertures are sealed airtight by a metal cover.

Interchangeable body superstructure / Wechselbrückenaufbau:

The connection between interchangeable body frame and carrier-vehicle frame and the latching device
withstand the minimum loads laid down in 6.8.2.1.2.

Die Anbindung Wechselbrückengestell – Fahrzeugrahmen und die Verriegelungs-einrichtung hält den im

Punkte 6.8.2.1.2 vorgeschriebenen Mindestbeanspruchungen stand.

6.8.2.1.11 and 6.8.2.1.12, also mentioned in 9.7.3, concern the materials of the tank body; 6.8.2.1.13,
6.8.2.1.15 and 6.8.2.1.16 concern the wall thickness of the tank body. These are not applicable to the
connection between interchangeable body frame and carrier-vehicle frame.

Die weiteren in 9.7.3 genannten Punkte 6.8.2.1.11 und 6.8.2.1.12 betreffen die Werkstoffe der Tankkörper, die
Punkte 6.8.2.1.13, 6.8.2.1.15 und 6.8.2.1.16 betreffen die Wanddicke der Tankkörper. Diese Punkte sind nicht
auf die Anbindung Wechselbrückengestell – Fahrzeugrahmen anwendbar.

9.7.5.2. Stability / Kippstabilität:

The effect of the vehicle sustained-action brake system is measured in such a way that its exclusive application makes a vehicle / vehicle combination of max. gross weight given below and max.
gross train weight given below fulfill the demands of brake test type IIa, para 1.5 of appendix II of guideline 71/320/EEC, version 2006/96/EC, or to appendix 5 of the ECE regulation 13/11.

Die Wirkung der Dauerbremsanlage der Kraftfahrzeuge ist so bemessen, dass mit ihrem ausschließlichen Einsatz ein Fahrzeug, bzw. eine Fahrzeugkombination bis zum unten angegebenen
Gesamtgewicht, bzw. bis zum unten angegebenen Lastzug-Gesamtgewicht die Bedingungen der Bremsprüfung Typ IIa Absatz 1.5. des Anhangs II der Richtlinie 71/320/EWG in der Fassung
2006/96/EG oder nach Anhang 5 der ECE-Regelung 13/11 erfüllt.
