Hydraulic home elevator is a small simple home elevator which doesn't need pit
or elevator shaft when it is installed. Characterized by reasonable design, samll
occupied space, beautiful shape, it is widely used in 2 or 3 stories floor or villa
and other kinds of residential house, and it can be installed from basement to
ground floor or from floor to mezzanine floor.
The working cost of hydraulic home lift is much lower than traction elevator, and
the installation is easier than traction elevator. Besides, it can stop precisely. So
it's the ideal option for users to install home elevators in villas and low-rise
residential buildings.
A. Working principle of hydraulic lift
When elevator goes up, pump station will give oil pressure, and the pressure will
drive the cylinder and transmission system to let the lift up;
When elevator goes down, the valve group will work, and the oil will go back to
tank from cylinder. Finally, the mechanical system will drive the lift down slowly
and safely.
B. Safety assurance
The hydraulic lift has 10 safety system to guarantee the user's safety when the
elevator goes up and down.
C. Comfort
The hydraulic lift is designed with soft landing system, when the elevator goes
up and down, the comfortable design can be suitable for the use of old man and
children.
D. Maintenance
1. Lower failure rate: the structure of hydraulic lift is simple, so there is lower
failure rate;

The Details
Anti-free-falling brake
Even if the transmission chain was broken, the brake will be working, and the lift will stop at
half way to keep the user's safe.
Light curtain
When lift is working, and people's hand is outside of cabin, the lift will stop, so it will prevent
the lift from hurting people because of the unreasonable using of the lift.
UPS emergency down power
When meet power failure in the lift's working process, user can press lower button to let the
cabin down to any lower floor.
Pure silence pump station
The pump station is special designed for hydraulic home lift for its lower noise, the noise db
less than 60 db when working, it can be installed in bedroom without interruptting people's
normal sleeping.
T rail
As the supporting and guide rail designing, T rail can keep the lift working smoothly and
stably;
Bottom safety touching board
The safety board can protect any people or obstacle, which is blocked under the platform
table. When any obstacle touch the bottom board, the lift will stop immediately.
PLC programming
All of the lifts working program are making into the PLC board, and it is easier for the
maintenance worker to check failure or do the maintenance work.

Door Safety Sensor
1. Flat door and folding door are all installed with door safety lock;
2.When the cabin is in the lifting process, the car door cannot be opened;
3.When the door is opened in the lifting working process, the lift will stop at half way suddenly;
Infrared Light Curtain
The cabin light curtain is optional. When people touch the infrared light line of light curtain, the lift will
stop suddenly, so it will stop the cabin or elevator hurting user.
