Under our company policy, specifically Section 6.5 Offense Against


Conduct/Behaviour– Habitual Tardiness is a Serious offense. All employees are
required to be punctual in reporting for duty. Habitual and unnecessary late/ tardiness
shall have corresponding disciplinary actions.

In this regard, please explain within five (5) calendar days from receipt of this notice
why no disciplinary action should be imposed upon you for such tardiness.

Failure on your part to submit your explanation on the specified time shall mean
waiver of your to be heard, hence appropriate administrative action shall be made
based on available evidence at hand.
