1.01 Site Mobilization

The contractor shall set up working areas and storage facilities


as may be deemed necessary including all required site

1.02 Site Meetings, Works Suupervision and Management

The Contractor shall allow for all expenses associated with


convening and attending site progress meetings with clients

1.03 Contractor's site tools, Plants and equipment


The contractor shall provide all the tools required for the due
execution of the whole of the works Item 1 2,500.00

1.04 Purchase of a Measuring Wheel


Purchase and deliver an RS Pro Metric measuring wheel to
Ndola City Council. Item 1 2,300.00

1.05 Notice Board


The contractor is to provide 1No. Notice Board in accordance
with the requirements of the project Manager / Engineer and
erect where directed Item 1 4,000.00

1.06 Contractor's Demobilization and handover


The contractor shall upon completion of the works remove all
equipment, tools and remaing materials and clean the site as
may be approved by the Engineer Item 1 6,000.00
