at New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai - 400053, hereby give the
undertaking that plot*house*flat at present owned by us MRS. KIRAN
SHAILESH CHATURVEDI & MR. SHAILESH CHATURVEDI the members of
our family, the person dependent on us. MRS. KIRAN                      SHAILESH
CHATURVEDI & MR. SHAILESH CHATURVEDI in the area of the
operation of the society, the details of which are given in the application
for membership made by us to the society shall be disposed off by us
within a period of six months from the date of allotment*transfer of the
Flat to us in the society without any excuse.

This DEED OF INDEMNITY is made at Mumbai on this ____ day of ___________,

                                        BETWEEN
MR. SHEKHAR BHAGWANTRAO BHOSLE & MRS. BINDU SHEKHAR BHOSLE,
having address at MR. SHEKHAR BHAGWANTRAO BHOSLE & MRS. BINDU
SHEKHAR BHOSLE, hereinafter referred to as the “INDEMNIFIER” and the party of
the one part;
AND
Royal Classic CHS Ltd, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai - 400053, hereinafter
referred to as the "Indemnified" and the party of the OTHER PART;
WHEREAS MR. SHEKHAR BHAGWANTRAO BHOSLE & MRS. BINDU
SHEKHAR BHOSLE, the party of the one part is the Owners of Flat No. 803-Z, E-Wing,
8th Floor, Royal Classic, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai - 400053 & by virtue
of being the member is holding the Share Certificate No. 233 dated 25-04-2004 bearing
share distinctive nos from 1216 to 1220 (both inclusive).
WHEREAS the party of the one part states that We have sold transferred the Flat No.
803-Z, E-Wing, 8th Floor, Royal Classic, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai -
400053, to MRS. KIRAN                SHAILESH CHATURVEDI & MR. SHAILESH
CHATURVEDI vide Agreement for Sale dated ___________, & that all formalities
relating to the said transfer, as required under The Maharashtra Co-op. Societies Act,
1960. The Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961 and the bye-laws governing
the said society, in respect of the said transfer has been completed.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH THAT pursuant to the Agreement for Sale dated
____________ & this indemnity bond, the party of the One Part i.e. MR. SHEKHAR
BHAGWANTRAO BHOSLE & MRS. BINDU SHEKHAR BHOSLE doth hereby
agrees to indemnify the said Society and the covenants with the Society that in the event
of the Society suffering or incurring any liability or loss on account of the said transfer of
the Flat to MRS. KIRAN              SHAILESH CHATURVEDI & MR. SHAILESH
CHATURVEDI.
