1. Update on the RPMS-PPST
2. BSP/GSP Investiture
3. Second Quarter PTC and Recognition

PROCEEDINGS:
1. The meeting started at exactly 3:00 in the afternoon by an opening prayer led by Mrs.
Malyn D. Reyes.
2. The meeting was presided by master teachers and discussed the following agenda:
a. Update on the RPMS-PPST
Mr. Reymart T. Ada and Mrs. Lerma L. Litargo discussed the updated
RPMS-PPST for SY 2022-2023.
They elaborated each indicator of the RPMS-PPST where they gave example
MOVs for the proficient teachers to be familiarized to what they need to
present during the rating period.
b. BSP / GSP Investiture
Mr. Reymart T. Ada presented his Action Plan for BSP Investiture. He
presented the memo that the activity is legal and should be done after class or
on Saturday.
The team had decided to do it after class in two batches instead of Saturday.
First Batch would be the GSP Investiture and be done on Thursday while
BSP Investiture would be on Friday.

There will be a Values Formation spearheaded by St. John the Baptist Bible
Church.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:05 in the afternoon.

PROCEEDINGS:
1. Re-Echoing of MTPDP to Senior Master Teacher
Attendees of MTPDP, sir Ada, ma’am Litargo, ma’am Saul re-echoed the
topics discussed in the MTPDP to Ma’am Aida Litargo so she would also be
guided on how she would rate her ratees.
She enlightened herself in the different indicators that needed to be focused
during the rating and what are the things to be done during Classroom
Observation.
2. IPCRF Mid-Year Assessment
Ms. Aida Litargo reminded the 3 new master teachers about the Mid-Year
Assessment.
Teachers under their supervision must prepare their Mid-Year Assessment for
reference.
3. Other Concerns:
Preparation on the Evaluation of the MTPDP attendees.
Designating of task and reports to be accomplished.
Scheduling of LAC Session.
Meeting was successfully done and adjourned at 5:00 in the afternoon.
