Normal working conditions. Six days a week and
eight hours a day.

JOB SUMMARY
WORKSHEET-1

This position is responsible for acquiring, developing


and maintaining customer relationships of High-net-
worth customers though providing quality and
professional service directed to their personal financial
and investment needs.

SALARY RANGE
Salary offered will be Rupees 50,000 (per month) and
plus PLI.

POSITION TYPE
Full Time Employee

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL


DEMANDS
This job demands significant travel required in various
locations and, on occasion, travel overseas may be
necessary. The sensory/physical demands of the role
are straightforward, typically involving the routine use of
standard office equipment.

 Making contact with new HNI’s customers as well
as target potential customers.

 Assists product management and marketing in the


development of new products/services. analytical
skills

 Increasing customer engagement through other


non-investment products like Forex, Remittances,
Loans, etc. to the new and existing customers.

 To carry out client communications relating to


service issues that impact the client population
ensuring relevant information is communicated
using appropriate channels.

 To perform the Business Relationship tasks within


the Customer Complaints Process, coordinating
activities to ensure that each case is satisfactorily
resolved

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Suggests and implements creative or unique


solutions to solve problems.

 Create strategy for client accounts to maximize


usage, advancement and revenue.

products/services in response to client's business
requirements - including proactively suggesting
solutions to clients.

 Able to effectively teach customers, unfamiliar with


our product offerings in an approachable manner.

 Post graduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Sales
or any related domain

 Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word


is needed for daily operations in office work.

Management, Marketing, Sales, Business
Development or related domain.
