The Department of Mechanical Engineering at J.B. Institute of Engineering and Technology conducted a workshop from March 17-20, 2023 on the fundamentals of meshing in association with CANTER CADD Team. The workshop speakers, Mr. Sameer and Mr. Prithivi, discussed the importance of meshing and how it converts irregular shapes into recognizable volumes. A total of 100 members benefited from the workshop on this important process.

Workshop on "Fundamentals of Meshing” has been conducted by Department of Mechanical


Engineering J.B. Institute of Engineering and Technology, In association with CANTER CADD
Team at J.B.Institute of Engineering & Technology, Hyderabad from 17 th March to 20th March
2023. Mr. Sameer and Mr. Prithivi are the resource person for the Event. While discussing the
fundamentals on meshing, speakers elaborated the significance and Importance of the workshop
like Meshing is the process of turning irregular shapes into more recognizable volumes called
“elements”. A total of 100 members got benefitted from this FDP.
