ACADEMIC STAFF ASSOCIATION’S ELECTION SCHEDULE -2023

GOVERNMENT COLLEGE UNIVERSITY FAISALABAD

 Nomination forms can be collected from the office of convener (Dr.Irem


Sultana) of Election Committee (Mass Communication Dept. Dr. Mohammad
Ali Block) on 26th May 2023 from 11: am
 The date of submission of nomination papers is 5th June 2023 at 11:00 am to
2:30pm. The papers to be submitted at Dr. Irem Sultana’s office (Dr.
Mohammad Ali block)
 The first list of Candidates will be displayed on 6th June 2023 by 11:00 am
 The Nomination papers of candidates will be scrutinized on 7th June 2023 by
11:00am
 After scrutiny, the candidates’ list (2nd list) will be displayed on 7th June 2023
by 1:00pm
 Objections and hearing will be on 8th June 2023 from 9:00am to 11: 00 am
 The list of nominees, after objections and hearing, will be displayed on 8th June
2023 at 1:00pm
 Withdrawal of papers can be made on 9th June 2023 from 10:00am to 2:00pm
 The final list of candidates will be displayed on 9th June2023 at 3:00pm
 Polling will be held on 21st June 2023 from 9:00am till 2:30pm
