I would like to give my deepest repentant for your company unfortunate unsuccessful Technical Evaluation
Result addressed on the letter written at 24/12/10 with Ref. No Med/925/2.2.2; for the functional bid (Ref.
Med/3993/2.2.2) which was permitted by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Public Procurement and
Property Administration Agency letter written on 23/01/2010 E.C with a Ref.No. መግኤ/በ- 16/1/82.
We have received a formal complaint letter written at date Sept 03, 2018 with Ref. FZE/233/18 requesting to
attach a scanned copy official detailed evaluation report.
As per your request, we have attached 3 pages of the metrics we used to evaluate both the documents and
your presentations. The metrics are developed by the technical committee from the invitation letter of the bid
(Ref. Med/3993/2.2.2) and presentation we made during our first meeting at the IT hall of the College. Also we
have attached 1 page sheet which we used to compare the services company’s proposed to provide from
overall. This comparison table is created based on the discussion we had with you at University President office
meeting hall together with the University President. Now, I hope it’s clear and you will comprehend well the
evaluation methods and selection criteria’s we followed to asses the companies which did best as per our
stipulate.
