I am writing this letter in support of Diva Devina who is applying for the LPDP Scholarship to
fully support her plan to continue her study at the postgraduate program of MSc in Media,
Communication and Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
I have enjoyed working with Diva for around 1.5 years at Fazz Financial Group, and I can
attest to her dedication, teamwork, and exceptional skills. During her tenure at Fazz Financial
Group, Diva has consistently demonstrated high professionalism and a strong commitment to
her work.
The first time I worked with Diva was when she was still finishing her thesis in the
Communication Studies Undergraduate Program at Universitas Indonesia, and at the same
time joined my team as a Marketing Executive Intern. As an intern, she was responsible for
making media content for one of the Fazz Financial Group’s digital applications, Payfazz
Buku. Seeing her capability and eagerness to grow, I recommended Diva in continuing her
journey in a tech company as a full-time employee. During the structural change in the
fast-changing startup environment, Diva got a chance to explore another field of work. Her
spirit to try something new and learn the complexity of communication needs in a digital tech
company has led her in taking the opportunity as Community Content and Education
Specialist, where she experienced direct communication practices with digital app users.
She has shown exceptional leadership qualities and has been instrumental in driving the
success of several high-profile projects. She consistently delivers her work on time and to the
highest standard of quality. Diva has shown excellent collaboration and communication skills,
and she has been very effective in working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. She
