d. OUR QUALITY SYSTEM

White Aluminum Extrusion produces high quality products a day. All of which go
through our Quality Control departments ,meticulous inspection process. The Quality
Control Department checks all features of each profile, making sure that every
extrusion order that we produces of the highest value. It is up to this department to
guarantee that all orders meet both the standards of our customers, as well as the
standards of the aluminium industry. Except for ensuring that White Aluminum
Extrusion’s profiles are in good condition, the Quality control department also secures
the quality of the materials used, as well as the prompt processing of all orders. No
matter how many customized specifications a client wants, the Quality Control
Department makes sure that all available dies, both custom and standards are kept in
excellent condition. Shapes are checked for dimensional accuracy, good surface
quality, contour and how well they meet customers requirements.
For Powder coating profiles, the thickness of the paint layers, their ability to adhere to
the products, and their color accuracy are tested. All customers orders undergo the
thorough process of quality inspection before delivery.

a. GENERAL PROFILES
White Aluminum Extrusion offers a wide variety of
standard as well as commercial profiles.

windows
• Fixed light profiles, curtain walls, handrails and
balustrades, panel and louvers, kitchen
sections, ladders and scaffoldings etc.

b. INNOVATION SYSTEM
Our innovation system is the new answer to the
structural glazing and traditional curtain walling
system.
The high flexibility of the system offers a vast scale
of application from 2 way structural to 4 way
structural façade and cladding.
Innovation system has passed the testing done by
Al Futaim Elements through our sister company
Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC.

c. THERMAL BREAK SYSTEM

Offering a wide range of thermal broken profiles
suitable for many applications. Our thermal break
system is a solution to energy saving and quality of
life improving. With our flexible system and its
specification for building structure. It saves energy,
sustains comfort temperature, eliminates wet
condensation, less sound transmission and
efficient dust barrier. The system main advantages
include reduction of up to 30% in energy cost on
heating and cooling conditions.

a. POWDER COATING
White Aluminum Extrusion has state of the art
vertical paint line powder coating system. WAE
is your premier source for your entire
aluminium and powder coated requirements.
We are a rapidly growing provider of quality
extruded aluminium profiles.
Our powder coating system facilitates painting
large quantities of aluminium profiles,
efficiently and at competitive prices. Finishing
equipment accommodates profiles lengths up
to 6.8 meters.
Powder coating is completely dry finishing
process, yielding color rich, long lasting surfaces
that withstands to any weather, and resist
scratches and color fading. Unlike liquid paints,
the powder coating process does not involve
the use of any solvents, making it an almost
pollution free application.
White Aluminum Extrusion is an approved
applicator for well known powder coating
supplier such as Jotun Powder Coatings and
Akzo‐Nobel Powder coatings. We offer a wide
variety of colors for architectural and industrial
uses.
b. ANODIZING
Anodizing is an electro‐chemical conversion
process. The surface of the metal is converted
to aluminium oxide as a result of reactions
going on at the anode in as acidic solution.
After cleaning and etching, aluminium profiles
are immerse in sulphuric acid solution under
controlled parameters. An electric current flows
through the solution to produce an aluminium
oxide film, which extremely hard, durable and
corrosion resistant.
Aluminum profiles are then electro or dye
colored to obtain aesthetic colors such as light,
medium and dark bronze, silver, gold, etc.
Sealing is the final stage in anodizing process
and it is done in hot water solution. The
purpose of sealing process is to close porous
aluminium oxide layer after anodizing step in
order to enhance the durability of the finishing.
c. THERML BREAK
A thermal break is an element of low thermal
conductivity placed in an assembly to reduce or
prevent the flow of thermal energy between
conductive materials. The thermal broken
system consists of 2 independent profiles with
similar or unlike shapes connected by
polyamide strips in order to obtain one
monolithic profile having low UV factor and low
transmission sound.
This will minimize heat transfer between the
interior and exterior of doors and windows,
which will improve the energy saving better
than traditional systems. Our in‐house thermal
broken profiles assembly process is done by
four single operations; knurling, strip feeding,
crimping and testing. The assembly process
guarantees tensile, bending, twisting, and
slipping strength of the monolithic thermal
broken profile.
d. WOOD COATING
Wood grain effects the alternating regions of
relatively darker and lighter wood resulting
from the differing growth parameters occurring
in different seasons. Wood effect coating is now
in demand in the fields of architectural
industries. Wood effect coating is a special
powder coating process based on the latest
technology in the surface finishing. The powder
coating wood grain process is a sublimation
process, using pressure and heat combined.
The decorative patterns of faux wood grain are
transferred into powder coted surfaces that
have been completely cured.
