H.No. 1-4-249/100A/2, Balaji Nagar, Suryapet Town & Dist. (Aadhaar Card No.
7099 0694 7683) (Cell: 9848720157). (hereinafter called ‘The Borrower’ which
expression shall include his Guarantors and also his heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assignees and the term includes within itself singular & plural and
masculine and feminine gender).
IN FAVOUR OF
UNION BANK OF INDIA, a Body Corporate constituted under Banking Companies
(Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act 1970 having its Head Office at 239,
Vidhan Bhavan Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 21 and a Branch Office among other
places at KUDA KUDA BRANCH, SURYAPET (hereinafter called ‘The BANK’ which
expression shall include its successors and assigns).
NOW THIS MEMORANDUM WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS :
The Borrower hereby declare(s) and confirm(s) that on he has attended the office on
26-07-2022 of the Bank, and deposited with Sri. JITHIN THOMAS, S/o. Thomas
Attully aged 35 years, (Branch Manager) of the Bank all his respective documents of
title, evidences, deeds and writings more particularly described in the First Schedule
(hereinafter called ‘the title deeds’) in respect of their respective land and other
immovable properties more particularly described in the Second Schedule hereunder
written, with intent to create a security on the said lands together with buildings and
other structures, fixed plant and machinery, constructed / erected or installed
thereon, both present and future (hereinafter referred to as the ‘said immovable
properties’) for securing the due repayment and discharge Sri. THATIKONDA
VENKANNA S/O. RAMAIAH to the Bank, all the amounts outstanding under the
various credit facilities granted or to be granted by the Sri. THATIKONDA VENKANNA
S/O. RAMAIAH to the extent of Rs. 15,80,000/- (Fifteen Lakhs Eighty thousand
only) together with interest, costs, charges, expenses and other monies outstanding
in respect of the various credit facilities as mentioned above.

The Mortgagor further declare that he is absolute owner of the said immovable
property and there were no encumbrances on the said immovable property and he
has deposited the documents as mentioned in the FIRST SCHEDULE pertaining to
the property mentioned in the SECOND SCHEDULE with the Bank with intent to
create a security for repayment to the Bank of all the amounts advanced or to be
advanced and of all the amounts as mentioned above together with interest,
compound and/or additional interest in case of default, exchange fluctuations, costs,
charges, expenses etc., also declared that the said property is in his possession and
the property is not rented out or leased out and in future also the property will not
be rented out or leased out during the currency of the bank loan.

Registrar, Suryapet and District Registrar, Nalgonda is bounded by
