Enclosed is the Post Incident Analysis Report conducted by the Allen Fire Department Fire Marshal's office.
The report was completed on May 25, 2023, led by Assistant Chief David Cannaday and supported by Fire
Investigator Samantha Herber. This report serves to provide a timeline of the emergency medical response to
the incident that occurred at Allen Premium Outlets on May 6, 2023.

The analysis encompasses a review of dispatch notes, events logged into the Computer Aided Dispatch system,
vehicle GPS data, radio traffic, and interviews with responding personnel.

The report does not contain identifiable protected health information, law enforcement events, law enforcement
vehicle GPS information, or other details related to the ongoing Texas Department of Public Safety and Texas
Rangers investigation.
