Figo Valve Cover Removal Guide

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Refer to: Ignition Coil-On-Plug (303-07A Engine Ignition - 1.2L Duratec (63kW/85PS) – I3 (BI)/1.2L Duratec
(71kW/96PS) – I3 (B4), Removal and Installation).

2. NOTICE: Make sure that the components are not forcibly bent.

Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

2. NOTE: Make sure that a new component is installed.

Use Special Service Tool: 303-1646  Installer, Spark Plug Tube Seal.

 
 
 
 
 
 

3. Use Special Service Tool: 303-1668  Sealer Gun, Front Cover.


Material: RTV Silicone Sealant (WSE-M4G323-A6)
