Please don't waste time of yours and candidates. If you
have budget issue please clear with candidate in initiall
call or meeting. And don't call a candidate for 2nd final

asked the salary expectation of a candidate.
He told me that he is expecting 16K AED
But I know the company gives me free hand for up to
20K AED in hand.
He was a suitable and perfect match candidate,
so without any further questions, I sent him an offer
letter for 20K AED per month salary.
and he thanked me, I can see the happiness in his eyes.
Companies need to understand that If you pay the
employee up to their expectation, they will deliver the
result beyond employer expectations.
Share this so that HR can understand that they don't
pay salary from their pocket, so stop negotiating with
candidates.

Just saw a post on Linkedin where someone
complaining about people sharing irrelevant CVs for job
application. It took me 7 years back when I was
desperately applying for jobs within and outside
Pakistan. It took me almost a year to land a Job in an
audit firm in Dubai. The way I got the job was quite
interesting as well - story for another time.
Every single day I apply for numerous internal and
external vacancies - with a hope that I will get an
interview call. I even applied in Serbia, Russia and
Poland. Sometimes recruiters call and can’t even speak
English. Long story short the process was quite
frustrating however I learned alot talking to different
recruiters and ended up improving my CV and interview
skills. The most painful part of the process is my job
hunt within Pakistan. I came from a very humble
background and barely have any contacts or references
in Pakistani industry or overseas Pakistani #. In Pakistan
unfortunately you struggle to get an interview call if you
have no references/source so I ended up having one or
two interviews during an entire year and didn’t get a job.
I have decided at that point that one day I will break this
chain and help people without personal affiliations -
which ALHAMDULILAH I fully materialised in the last
few years. During the journey I helped those who don’t
even reply after my numerous messages when I was
hunting for a job.
The conclusion is, we live in unpredictable world. You
never know when you will be standing at the other side
of chain needing help, so always be humble and kind.
Consider needy as God’s guests and give them full
protocol. You will go up by lifting and supporting others.

-Ensure accurate, timely filing of monthly Sales Tax
Returns and follow up for the refund from FBR.
-Prepare tax certificates for vendors & employees.
-Reconcile withholding tax data with books of accounts.
-Apply withholding taxes on payments.
-Deal with our external tax consultant on tax-related
issues.
-Manage withholding Income and sales tax compliance
under FBR and relevant provincial tax authorities and
generate PSID challans.
-Provide support to other departments & stakeholders
on tax-related issues.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
B. Com / BBA / ICMA/ ACCA part-qualified
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
-3-4 years of relevant experience.
-Knowledge of Sales Tax, Income Tax
-Strong MS Excel skills
-Critical thinking and analysis skills
-Ability to perform multiple tasks with tight deadlines
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and hard working
