5 Kitchen equipment and their uses

1. DEEP FRYER
- A piece of equipment used by most restaurant owners, chefs, and even at home. Having
a deep fryer saves time in cooking. If you want to cook evenly and have the best taste
and texture get one of these. Just submerge the food in hot oil at the right temperature
and it will do its job. The benefit of having one is of course faster frying process, a great
way to save money and oil, and it’s easy to operate.

2. FOOD PROCESSOR
- A versatile kitchen tool used to easily and quickly chop slice, shred, grind, and puree any
food. It can turn food into evenly pieces, grate, pulping, crimping, whipping, you name it,
that’s why for me it is one of the best. If you want to save time chopping foods to do
other things, have one of them. A food processor is worth having since it can also use as
a mixer and a blender too.

3. GRIDDLE
- A large flat cooking surface, typically square or rectangular, is used to cook large
quantities of food at the same time. Many kinds of foods can be cooked on griddles, like
meat, vegetables, eggs, and a barbecue. From breakfast to dinner you can easily cook in
it, if you want to grill, steam, or stew your favorites be fond to utilize it well. It is also a
must-have, especially in restaurants that cook large volumes of orders.

4. OVEN
- Ovens are used as kitchen appliances for roasting and heating. Foods like meat,
casseroles, and baked goods such as bread, cakes, and other desserts are normally
cooked in an oven. It provides the ease of baking and cooking what you like and also
gives you the opportunities of experiencing and create new recipes. Ovens are a great
investment since you can use them for a long time with their quality and durability and
multi-functional too. Everything will make it easier, you can save time cleaning dishes,
effort, and time.

5. WOODEN SPOON AND SPATULA


- These are natural materials that are non-reactive and won’t leach chemicals into the
food, unlike plastic spatulas. Wooden spoons are best used for stirring thick
ingredients, soups, and drinks, and they can last for a lifetime because of their
durability. Another advantage of using a wooden spoon and spatula is they won’t
scratch your pots and pans. So if you want to have a scratch-free and care to help the
environment purchase one of these because its eco-friendly too.
What is the importance of kitchen tools and equipment?
- Every Kitchen equipment plays a vital role in preparing food and operating the kitchen.
There are tools used for specific tasks and some are used in multiple ways. Having a
kitchen equipped with tools will help make the work done and saves time. So to have a
kitchen is to consider all the tools and equipment and their uses to help you cook faster,
easier, and more efficiently.

Which material is safe for cooking?


- For me, the best and safe material for cooking is a griddle. Its space is very useful for
cooking large volumes best for restaurants which someday I want to build. Aside from
its ease to use, it’s built and is space friendly. Since I love cooking, I can cook different
food in different ways with the help of a griddle.
