1. Introduction
In this document i am going to create a portfolio design and justify my design.
My digital portfolio is aimed at my manager who is potential employer who will look at my
portfolio and offer me the job. Presenting my portfolio to employees is essential and you have to
put in hard work to have a good portfolio and also put in time and don't overthink ideas as
quality over quantity.
Employees will access my website through highlighted links that take you directly to and
through my digital portfolio and following from slide to slide what are my use abilities and my
positive skills and what are my best components to find out what i am like around a place in
public and working will be shown on the digital portfolio.
Employees will look for my color scheme and the contents which should highlight what i am
capable of doing.
You should tailor the portfolio to showcase your skills and achievements, and produce an
original design to set your application apart from those of the other people who apply.
My digital portfolio has a good outcome when it becomes completed i have done work
experience that would be good for
2. User Requirements.
User requirements for users that show interest in my website that they will enjoy my website
more than any other website. I give users entertainment so they don't feel trapped and down
whilst they are on my amazing website.

3. Styles.
My color scheme will be a bright blue and graphical. It will cover all pages on the portfolio and
will be the only color on the portfolio. It will show I am into bright colors to the employees and will
know I will like things with some sort of design and can think of very imaginative stuff. The
moodboard will have my qualities and pictures of my qualities will prove that I have better
portfolios than others. Arial font will be size 10

4. Home Page
Start this section with the aim and purpose of the website and it’s target audience.
Give a brief overview of the site, which pages it will include etc.

Describe your storyboard (i.e. sections 1, 2, 3 and 4)
The aim of the website is to give people interesting thoughts on the home page and give them a
sighting in their eyes they haven't seen before. It will intend to load up links and will have
information from the website creator and website creators contact to leave emails or drop notes
for the website creator to open. It will include a home page, menu button, information button. Its
target audience is for people who are 16 or over as high level language will be across the whole
website as for any younger it may not be understandable or may not be to what their interested
in.

2.1. About Me.
Include name, age, which school(s) and college(s) you have been to, subjects you study, future
plans and why you selected IT.
Finish this section with some information about yourself, such as hobbies etc.
My name is Yusuf Waheed. I am 17. I went to Tong Leadership academy and now I am studying
at Shipley college. I study ict level 2 and am making my way forward to successfully pass at
level 2 and possibly get on to a level 3 ict course maybe at another college or sixth form. My
future plan after level 3 is to go and study further on to university to get a masters or a good
qualification for a good job.

2.2. Purpose.
Describe why you have created this portfolio, how it will be split into different sections and why
you have chosen the work to include that you have.
I have created this portfolio for future employees to have a better understanding of myself and I
can show through myself I am engaged to learn about new things that i haven't been able to or
take better understanding for things i don't understand. It will be split into two pages.

My future depends on the hard work I put in in college. And always set myself minimum work
expectations and always ask questions regarding career paths after college and what places are
the best for studying. Planning is best before starting anything new as it will get you started
when you are new to anything.

I will achieve grades that i set at my own pace and in the future become a project manager that
is the end goal of my career it takes hard work day and night to become successful

In two years i hopefully would want to be in university if i can make that happen then that is the
plan
3.3 Five Year Plan
Write what you want to be doing in five years and how you will achieve that.
In 5 years time I would want to look back at the past work and go through 5 years of working to
become what I wanted and at the end of the 5 years i know that i have accomplished targets
that I can complete and do whatever i put my mind to in these next few years just concentrate
on my studies more than anything as a project manager is a high paid salary and is a project
leader/manager of projects people come to you and ask you to design.

7. Units.

I am studying unit 1,2,9,11,13. All these units should be finished at the end of this year unit one
is about the online world around computers and online services and to be able to know the
criteria and information to pass exams.

4.1 Unit 1 - The online world
Is an exam based unit that is about e-commerce and real time information etc and explaining
what each means and how these are used and what they are used for in the online world as
government websites to help us with supply and initials anything on there you can claim.

4.2 Unit 2 - Technology Systems
Write about this unit and include some of the material you wrote for assignments etc.
Include a screen mockup to show what the screen will look like.
Technology systems are used with the internet to access the online world on your phone. The
internet provides it through cables and etc other gadgets the internet can be used on are
computers and tv’s or any other electronic devices.

4.3 Unit 9 - Spreadsheet development
Write about this unit and include some of the material you wrote for assignments etc.

A spreadsheet development can be accessed on microsoft excel and it is a layout for example
you have to pay bills and you could work it out on a spreadsheet on excel as it has columns to
help with sorting each thing out. It also provides a row header and sheet tabs at the bottom of
the spreadsheet.
4.4 Unit 11 - Computer Networks
Write about this unit and include some of the material you wrote for assignments etc.

There are wide area networks and local area networks. A local area network is what goes
around your neighborhood or street; it is a network that sends signals through to each house.

There also is a personal area network and it is the smallest network that can only go up to 10
meters and most are wireless and .
4.5 Unit 13 - Website Design
Website design is for business owners or to help people in life to get something good out
themselves a website is always there to help people that is the main purpose of a website .
to also attract all people and grow financially as each click on a website gives the business
or owner money. Pay-per-click (PPC).

8. Design Justification.
Describe why you have chosen the screen designs used above - include how it meets the purpose
of the website and is suitable for the target audience.
Also write about how the assets you used enhance the user experience.
I have chosen a blue one as it is my favorite color and normally blue always is a natural
good color the assets from the home page to the navigation bar will be black to stand from
the blue color the screen design i have chosen above just gives a hint of what my website
will kind of look like it is going to give a good user experience doing placement will also be
on the portfolio to see.
9. Alternate Designs
Show two alternate designs and explain why you did not choose them.
Red and black were two designs that were the last I would go for as black is professional to write
with. Red also is the same reason i wouldn't use black as i would look up for what color is liked
by more people

16. Interactive Features Used.
Which interactive features have you used? Include details of which page they are used on.
An interactive feature are links and are buttons that take you to informational pages. My units
are spreaded across this assignment with 5 year plans and future plans of what they can take
me to. Hyperlinks are in blue so a blue underlined word is a hyperlink. And others future plans to
come. just putting everything right on the assignment is good

This work is done in a professional manner showcasing a basic understanding of how a
website is constructed. All of the work that has been done is laid out clearly and simple to
