The principal of Nagbalayong National High School wrote a letter to the Barangay Captain of Nagbalayong, Morong, Bataan. Dear Barangay Captain,

Greetings of peace!

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. As a GSP coordinator, I am writing to request your
assistance in providing transportation and tents for our girl scouts who will be attending the upcoming
jamboree on May 12-14, 2023.

The girl scouts in our school- NNHS have been looking forward to this event, and we want to ensure that
they have a safe and comfortable experience to and from the jamboree site. However, we would like to
request your support in providing us with tents for the girl scouts. This would greatly alleviate our concerns
and ensure that the participants arrive at the jamboree site on time.

We understand that your schedule may be busy, and we appreciate any assistance that you can offer. If
possible. We assure you that your support in this endeavor will be greatly appreciated and acknowledged.
Your kind gesture will enable the girl scouts to have a memorable and enjoyable experience at the
jamboree.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
